So I take a couple weeks off of running right. I sit around the house for a solid week. All I did was swim twice for 2 weeks. Guess what I lost 7lbs. WTF I stop running, working out and everything and lose 7 f'in pounds. I chalk it up to progress...Maybe what I needed was a rest for the weight loss to take effect?????????????????????????????????????????

That's crazy, man. Did you change your eating habits?
About a month ago, I got food poisoning and lost 10 lbs in like 4 days. The cool thing is I've been able to keep the weight off by eating better.
No change in Diet???? I am really giving it a go to keep it off!!!!
