Question for all you runners out there

I am looking for a bit of information. I was looking at electrolyte replacement drinks, powders,gels... etc. Most have 35 plus grams of sugar per serving. I was wondering if there is an alternative out there that doesn't use so much sugar.
What do you use and what is the sugar content?

i use accelerade... 20g sugar per scoop (1 scoop = 12 fl. oz.)

obviously you could make it stronger/weaker depending, but i like it b/c it also has 5g protein so it aids in recovery :)

I drink gatorade endurance formula but use GU energy gels (2g sugar) they seem to work well for me.
