Loaring Physio Training Day

Great time, great place. Lots of friendly people. Lots of good food!
They stared off with about 2 hrs of biking on trainers, then 50 minutes of running a good half hour of core strength and stretching. I missed the biking but was able to get the rest in.

You should think about going if you haven't been yet!!!
