Beating the Winter Blues

Joey and I got out for a good run this afteroon 4.5 miles plus a nice walk home from Tim Horton's. It's Roll up the Rim to win time again...generally a sign that Spring is on it's way. Much more accurate than a ground Hog's prediction!




Joey enjoyed a nap while I enjoyed the Sunshine and a bit warmer weather!
