Yup I did it. I managed to get a run in tonight. As I have said before I let my friend Dougs dogs out from time to time.His palce is exactly 5km from the end of my driveway to the end of his.
Tonight I ran a "base pace" supposed to be 8:30/mile but I did a bit better. Times were almost exact there and back. I really am going to keep running!
