Hi my name is Jeff,I've gained 2 pounds this week?I am 192 lbs
Starting = 190lbs
goal = 175lbs
I've got to say that there is a picture of me in our local paper today and I look quite dumpy. It may just be the motivation I need to get my but in gear!
Here is a link to the picture..I am the one with shorts on ..see that gut? My wife says it is my posture...maybe it is the sweater?
Does this sweater make me look fat?
