I haven't been running. I've been real busy helping some friends shrink wrap boats besides working my regular job. (that link is not the guys I'm helping!) It is some serious running around, climbing ladders, and lifting. Needless to say I've been pretty pooped and not in much the mood to run when I get home. Plus my wife whom I feel I haven't really gotten to see lately is working seven 3:00pm to 11:00pm shifts in a row making it even more difficult to get out be home alone with the young ones.
These are all pretty lame excuses but I am missing being out on the road and there are so many things I want to work on as far as stride and speed work.
