I still can't believe how much of a workout swimming is. Today I started out doing 6 X 50's..I think everyone else was doing 200's? I still am trying to get the whole 3 strokes and breathe thing down. I feel a bit uncoordinated I can do the stroke fine sometimes, I can kick, and if I have the board I can breathe...but putting all those things together...it's a good laugh. Coach Jen says I am making progress though, besides it is great fun.
My wife is working a day shift and getting her hair done today. Joey and I are going to break out the wind/rain cover for the stroller and go for a run...nice and easy maybe with a stop at Timmies worked in :)
