No running, no swimming, no biking...

what's a guy to do?

Everything went well with my procedure. Actually I am very suprised at how well it went. With just a local...which I must say was a little too local in my opinion...I was in and out in less than half an hour. I was able to watch the whole thing which was actually pretty cool.No pain, no suffering.

I have been chillaxing on the couch. My wife has been taking care of me, even pampering me which is way cool. Today I even slept in until noon. That is the result of self medicating and sleeping too much during the day so not being able to sleep at night type of thing.

I have been successful though at signing up for the Whirlpool Steelhead 70.3 and trying to make lodging arrangements. I'm scared to death but I guess jump in with 2 feet. I just hope I don't drown...you know it is not like a pool that Lake Michigan...maybe I should have tried one were I could touch bottom all the way long??? Tooooo late ha,ha,ha.

I went through it last year, incredible how we have such anxiety over it only to realize it's piece of cake eh! The beauty part is the getting to rest totally unbothered, movies, sleep and being waited on hand and foot ;)
Congrats on the registration to the Whirlpool Steelhead. I'll see what I'm doing that weekend, how knows might come down to cheer ya on. You running Niagara Half this year?
