Figured I'd post just cause.
I noticed a few ppl ran the Around the Bay 30km race, congrats on that! Especially to fellow blogger/ Swimming lane buddy Dave Gibb with an impressive 2:52:17 . I hear it's not an easy race.
I've been running, I've been swimming and I have been biking. All is good. I was actually stationed at hall #5 that has a trainer and was able to pick up an hour at lunch the other day!
Alot of treadmill running still and swimming is coming along well...I think I am going to enjoy the new Friday timeslot!
Today I missed swimming but I did an hour of plyometrics...I've never sweat more. I think this plus yoga, abs and some upper body strength training is going to help the cause. I realized yesterday when I did my chest workout that I haven't been doing enough in that area lately. I think I could only do 3 chin-ups then I needed to use the chair...pathetic!
