or is it stupidity? Woke up @ 5:30 am and it was pouring rain figured I'd sleep in and get my run in later. Well it never stopped raining, but I was determined and got my run in at 10:30PM.
Ran 7 miles today with 10 X 100m strides.
Also did 45 minutes of Yoga just before lunch.
Tomorrow; Swimming 1000m then lots of stretching!
