is cold and windy. Burrrrrrrr. I went outside for a 5 mile run today. I almost turned around about half a mile into it cause I was literally running on the spot!
Got it done though and feeling pretty good about it now looking out the window.
Workouts so far this week;
Monday- Nothin! Rest Day :)
Tuesday- Swim in the morning 600 Meters Main set 4 X 50 @ level 9 then later 3.1 Miles in 23 minutes on the Dreadmill plus some messing around with weights
Wednesday 1hr 30 minutes on the bike inside on the trainer Level 6
Today 5 miles run ...tonight another hour on the bike!
