Great week of training...

Considering I missed a swim workout on Tuesday and still have a bike, swim and run workout planned for The weekend I am pretty happy with these stats. In the summer these numbers will at least double coming up to Muskoka. Right now I am just following a sprint distance triathlon training program, to get ready for the Belle River Triathlon. My focus will change mid April when my training will start for Muskoka!
